UFO in the Burbank california area

It was 07/27/09 in the evening around 7:00 pm, my friend and I were in my parking lot sitting in the car looking in the northwest direction.

We looked up at the sky almost simultaneously and noticed a cloud with a glow and rainbow like streak in the outer edges.
